A Victorian paste seal mimicking bloodstone.
With text translating to ‘Remember Me To All Friends’ thought to have been originally adopted from an 1820 letter to Charles Brown from none other than Keats. And later the phrase also making an appearance in Ivanhoe By Sir Walter Scott.

Rounded rectangle, east/west orientation.
13.5 x 11.5 x 3mm.
Good antique condition, some surface wear.
