Very good overall antique condition
There is evidence that the ring has been resized in the past but this is not visible in wear
There is a very small split to one side of the setting but the stone and setting are sturdy and secure. Overall commensurate to age and usage, it is afterall 180+ years old
It is possible that this is a married piece as the setting has a very slightly more rosy hue than the band, if it is a marriage we believe it was done a long long time ago, the marriage itself being antique. However, we have not been able to establish this either way with certainty
