A Victorian purple paste seal to mimic amethyst.
The image of a bird in flight carrying a letter in its beak with text ‘Answer Quickly’.

Oval, east/west orientation.
13.5 x 11 x 2 mm.
Very good antique condition, however the word ‘quickly’ is partially indistinct and so possibly not the best for use as a seal.
