Scots Whassup Wax Seal
A Victorian era clear paste seal depicting a kilt wearing Scots man stooping in a deep bow and simultaneously doffing his Tam o’shanter – what a greeting! The overarching motto in Scots reads ‘Hoo’s A Wi’ Ye’ which translates as ‘How are things with you’ or, if you prefer Gen X parlance ‘Whassup?’!
