Emma loves lily of the valley, the sweet delicate white woodland flower often founding blooming discreetly in shaded spaces, smelt before seen with their shy, nodding bonnets; completely unassuming but absolutely beautiful in their diminutive form
In Georgian floriography lily of the valley represents purity, honesty, truth, sincerity, candour, new beginnings – they are spring flowers afterall and similarly new beginnings
And so it is perfect that this motif has very clearly mindfully been carved onto a very pure white chalcedony
