Gang Forward

A mega chonk citrine featuring the arms of Clan Stirling of Keir and family motto ‘Gang forward’ (go forward).

Why we love it

The town of Stirling lies at the crossroads of Scotland and this could account for the derivation of the name which means ‘place of strife’.

The Stirlings of Keir acquired the lands of Keir in Perthshire in the mid 15th century when Prince James, son of James II of Scotland, rebelled against his father and Sir William of Keir was one of his supporters.
