Such a strong motif and message in this ever popular but really quite hard to source seal

Two trains of thought as to meaning.

First the most obvious. This is about knowing when to call time on a relationship. When you are not seen heard or understood. The room mates era…or worse. When your basic emotional needs are ignored, deflected and punished. Knowing that you will not tolerate being taken for granted and knowing that you are capable of walking away from what doesn’t serve you.

The second take, a little more nuanced and less immediately obvious. This is about self love self respect and self care. Honouring the need to take good care of yourself. Fill your own cup, put your own oxygen mask on first and all that jazz. Because for the perennial over givers and the people pleasers if you do not love yourself first you will most definitely lose yourself. And that is never a good thing.

Wear this beautiful purple seal as your talisman for self care and also to honour the standards of treatment that you rightfully require in your relationships. Works perfectly for both things!
