An antique hand carved bloodstone intaglio imagery of a unicorn pierced with an arrow, 3 leopards, 3 (gold) rings and a plethora of teeny fleur de lys on the shield.
Latin motto ‘Vota Vita Mea’ (the wishes of my life/my life is devoted).
Why we love it
An absolutely stonkingly magnificent Georgian bloodstone intaglio. Hand carved, incredibly detailed, incomparable condition and completely unique.
Wounded unicorn crest. I feel that hard. And with the motto references the hopes and dreams we all have for our infinitesimally short snapshot of life.
This hits. Hard.
Don’t ever stop having wishes for your life, my fellow wounded, but still magical and special, unicorn chums.
It does not get better than this.
